Merchandise may be returned to us within 5 days of the product receipt for a refund. We aim to provide prompt and quality customer service. Please report any defect or descrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. All returns must be brand new and unused, unworn, in original packaging, unmodified, strap/bracelet not resized or removed and undamaged. Refund does not include shipping cost.

The reason for replacement or exchange must be reported within 1 day of the receipt of the product. Your package must reach us strictly within the 5 days from the date you have received the product. Returns over the 5 days period or without authorization will be refused. There is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount on exchange or return of every product.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

• The reason for replacement or exchange must be reported within 1 day by sending an email to us at return@rafiqwatch.com

• You just need to provide us your original order number, reason for return if possible, your name and daytime telephone number.

• Verify that all merchandise is unused, unworn, in original packaging, unmodified and undamaged.

• We will furnish you with the necessary return instruction upon receiving your email The refund shall be made as early as possible.

• Please note that special order, large orders (3 pieces and above), discounted items are not returnable.
